Typically layered with toppings on top of the cheese, Detroit Style Pizza is often finished with a generous drizzle of tomato sauce on top, contributing to its signature taste. BEER BREAD’s Americana thin crust expertly combines the rich traditions of both Neapolitan and New York pizza styles, delivering a wonderfully light and airy texture that is reminiscent of the beloved pizzas found in Naples, while also providing the delightful crispness and satisfying chew characteristic of a classic New York slice. Incorporating spent grain from the beer brewing process our Americana pizza crusts have a deliciously light malty flavour not found in other pizzas!
