Pigeon Brewery, at 60 Water St in Saint John, NB, is a popular craft brewery just a short walk from our restaurant. Headed by brewmaster Alyssa Donaldson, who’s been perfecting her skills for over ten years, it’s known for creative recipes and a passion for quality. Under Alyssa’s leadership, the brewery made an impressive debut at the 2025 Saint John Beer Fest, winning the festival’s only Best Brewery award on its first try. Enjoy the distinctive flavors and award-winning brews that set Pigeon Brewery apart. While we have our own brewery, we also feature other local craft beers to complement our selection.
