Pigeon Brewery, at 60 Water St in Saint John, NB, is a popular craft brewery just a short walk from our restaurant. Headed by brewmaster Alyssa Donaldson, who’s been perfecting her skills for over ten years, it’s known for creative recipes and a passion for quality. Under Alyssa’s leadership, the brewery made an impressive debut at the 2025 Saint John Beer Fest, winning the festival’s only Best Brewery award on its first try.
